TN Hospitality Advisors was founded in 2017 by Michael Telling and Preben Nesager. In 2022, Pia Bøgeskov and John Ankjær joined as new partners. In January 2024, Troels Rasmussen joined as partner. All partners at TN Hospitality Advisors have extensive managerial experience within the hotel and hospitality sector in Scandinavia. They are additionally assisted by a strong team of skilled and committed colleagues and specialists

John Ankjær has 30 years of experience within the service and experience economy, where he has held managerial and financial responsibility for the operations and innovation of a large number of companies within the hotel and experience industry.

Troels has a solid academic background in Social Sciences and Service Management from CBS. He possesses in-depth knowledge of market analyses and feasibility studies, along with a unique ability to understand and navigate the complex challenges of the hospitality sector.
