Management recruitment
When it comes to management recruitment, we offer two different models. In the full recruitment model, our consultants is involved in the entire process, from sourcing potential candidates to the final hiring decision. In our alternative assisted recruitment model, we identify a strong pool of candidates and leave the qualifying interviews and final contract stage to you.
Both models for management recruitment include the option of job postings on Jomp.dk, Jobindex and other recruitment platforms and relevant social media.
Executive search
If you need to identify a new leader with full discretion and without an official job posting, you can use our executive search model. The process is the same as our management recruitment, but exclusively we identify suitable candidates through our extensive network, potentially supplemented with anonymized job postings. This ensures full discretion for you and your company.
Employee recruitment
It is an ongoing task to ensure that you always have the right employees to handle the respective tasks. There will always be a recruitment need in the hospitality sector, thus TN Hospitality Advisors have initiated a recruitment platform specializing in our industry.
